# What You Need:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices artisan bread, such as sourdough or country loaf
→ Dairy
02 - 5.3 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Spreads
04 - 3 tablespoons apple butter
# Directions:
01 - Arrange the bread slices on a clean work surface and evenly spread apple butter on one side of each slice.
02 - Place half of the sliced Brie cheese over the apple butter on two bread slices.
03 - Cover each Brie-topped slice with the remaining bread slices, ensuring the apple butter sides face inward.
04 - Generously spread softened butter on the outer surfaces of each sandwich.
05 - Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-low. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden and crisp, and the Brie is thoroughly melted.
06 - Remove the sandwiches from the heat, allow them to rest for 1 to 2 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
