# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper.
03 - Dredge cabbage wedges or strips sequentially in flour, egg, then panko breadcrumbs, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

06 - Remove cabbage from oven and gently toss or brush with the buffalo sauce.
