# What You Need:
→ For the Casserole
01 - 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
02 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
→ For the Topping
07 - Icing from cinnamon roll package
08 - 0.5 cup chopped pecans (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
02 - Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters. Set aside icing packets for topping after baking.
03 - In a large bowl, combine drained peach slices, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Toss gently to incorporate.
04 - Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces in an even layer in the baking dish. Top with half of the peach mixture.
05 - Add remaining cinnamon roll pieces over the peaches, then top with the rest of the peach mixture. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the surface.
06 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are set and golden brown.
07 - Allow casserole to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle reserved icing over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Serve warm, plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
